Response times

What happens after you send it.

Enquiries are read on business days, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time. A price list request is answered with the current list for your categories; an account request is answered with a credit application and our terms of trade. If your question needs a supplier's answer rather than ours, we will tell you that too rather than leaving you waiting.
